Ferry Meadows Country Park, Peterborough. 31.01.2005.
I took a spectacularly dull walk round Ferry Meadows at lunchtime. The light was all wrong until I was heading back to the car (and work), and spotted this Moorhen feeding on the edge of Lynch Lake. I didn't notice the droplets of water (being thrown from the weed in the bird's bill) until I got a print made!
