I was fortunate enough to find a most accommodating Meadow Pipit on a visit to the Nene Washes. Usually, they fly off as soon as you get within digiscoping range, but this one was quite happy to stay put on a fencepost, watching possible prey flying above its head. It must have been my skillful fieldcraft, ho ho.
