Bonanza saltpans, Andalucia, Spain. 21.05.2005. Original blog post.
Yellow Wagtails (of the Iberian race, iberiae) were plentiful in Andalucia. This male was singing on the saltpans at Bonanza and, after a little bit of sneaking up, I managed to get close enough for a half-decent shot. Couldn't freeze the bill movement, though.
