One of the best, most obliging birds of the annual GPOG twitching trip to Cornwall. We must have very nearly found this Lesser Yellowlegs in the morning while we were searching for Semipalmated Sandpiper (negative news) in the morning; news of its presence came on the pager shortly after we left. Fortunately, it was a very confiding individual and fed happily while Bowell, Jones and Fuller got their digiscoping fix until poor light stopped play.
